Jack's Plastic Welding
Durability and performance with a ten year warranty say it all about Jack's boats. Jack produces in Aztec, New Mexico, the toughest catarafts and self-bailing rafts on the market. These boats are constructed with 1100 denier, 35 oz. air retentive PVC Coated Polyester fabric without zippers and bladders. Jack's construction methods result in lighter, stiffer and more responsive boats. All air holding seams and D-rings are welded not glued, so there is no chance of air loss due to glue failure.
