JPW boats are constructed with 1100 denier, 35 ounce air retentive PVC coated polyester boat fabric, without bladders or zippers. Jack’s construction methods result in a lighter, stiffer and more responsive craft. PVC fabrics are supple, fold up into smaller packages for transport and have excellent UV resistance. All air holding seams and D-ring patches are welded, so there is no chance of air loss due to glue failure. Subject to availability.
