JPW boats are constructed with 1100 denier, 35 ounce air retentive PVC coated polyester boat fabric, without bladders or zippers. Jack’s construction methods result in a lighter, stiffer and more responsive craft. PVC fabrics are supple, fold up into smaller packages for transport and have excellent UV resistance. All air holding seams and D-ring patches are welded, so there is no chance of air loss due to glue failure. Jack's Plastics Welding is located in New Mexico, and each boat is made right here in the U.S.A, and comes with an unlimited 10 yr. warranty.
