The PoleCat is Sawyer's solution for the cost conscious oar buyer who wants the lightweight strength advantage of a fiberglass shaft with the history of superior design and durability only offered by Sawyer. The PoleCat comes standard with a 5 1/2" x 30", aluminum cored, fiberglass filled, polypropylene Sawyer Synthetic shaft. The PoleCat grip is smooth laminated Douglas fir. 

Sawyer Polecat oar shafts are a great value, providing a fiberglass step above Carlisle aluminum shafts at a reasonable price.  Shafts and blades are interchangeable with Carlisle and Cataract models. Shaft is measured with blade attached. Blade sold separately. Oversize shipping charges apply.
